Elviar is led by Lionel van Rey (Founder & Managing Director). Lionel started his career in 2003 as a VAT specialist at one of the Big-4 accounting firms in The Netherlands. In 2013 continued his career as a VAT consultant from the United States, assisting US-based multinationals in a wide array of industries with the management of their global indirect tax affairs.
Elviar works together with select independent tax consultancies whose values concerning trust, respect, integrity and quality of client services align with ours. Our network encompasses specialist indirect tax and general business tax boutiques in key trade centers throughout Europe and beyond.
Our partners have vast experience in the field of (indirect) tax law, generally obtained during long careers in the tax consulting, in-house counsel and tax administration space.
